The Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning endeavours to ensure openness and transparency of its decision-making and legislative processes. For this purpose, draft regulations and those in force, international agreements and other important documents are made available on-line in accordance with the Access to Information of Public Character Act.
 
The aim of publishing the said documents is to enhance the flow of information on the regulation-making process and to acquaint the interested public with the existing and emerging legislation.
